Brainwashed and Retarded MSNBC Morning Talk show host bashes Call of Duty

After reading gamepolitics again, I found this lovely article. Basically MSNBC's morning talk show started talking about a former Panamanian Dictator, and then started talking about someone who was suing the makers of Call of duty for putting in their likeness into the game, or something like that.  Then they start complaining and stated "we don't know what is worse, this Panamanian dictator or the makers of call of duty".  They then go on to bash the game, say it "damages brains" of kids, and worse.

What kind of retarded assholes are these?

Number 1, Call of Duty is a war themed FPS, far from the kind of games that get attacked on retarded talk shows like this.  It's makers are FAR from the kind of people the said Panamanian Dictator are, those kinds of people who kill their own people, help to move millions of drugs throigh the border, ran a country with an iron fist where banks helped to launder money of drug dealers, etc. This idiot is comparing Infinity ward to this?

It's just mind bogglingly stupid.

As for the claim that "games like this damage brains of kids" brought up on the talk show, this is Bullshit used to attack games. There has never been one study that proves that games "damage brains" like this, it's a stupid claim brought up on a talk show, and now that bullshit like this has been spewed, millions of people who believe all they hear will believe this nonsense. It's retarded.

There have been studies claiming that games cause brains to be effected, but they are all funded by the same group who claims they want to prevent entertainment from being violent to save the kids, what does that tell you? Major bias, and engineering involved to the results of such studies.


You have to be brainwashed to say and believe "violent games damage brains". It's a stupid claim. These claims are the kinds of claims brought up by hack researchers and the hack psychologists constantly. There is no evidence what soever to prove them, they just say them, can't prove them, and people believe them because news stations and talk shows like this one keep hosting these poeple and claim they are "media violence experts" when they are really media violence attacking quacks.

What is up with video games being attacked on talk shows?

It's happened since 1997, and it still happens. Talk shows keep on attacking violent games, half the scaremongering and scapegoating is brought up on talk shows, and I wish people would STOP watching crap like this so they would not get the money they are. It's stupid. It's crap like this that keeps reminding me that we need restrictions on what the media can say. I just wrote my first petition at we the people.  This petition would petition the Obama Admin to make it illegal for newspapers and pro-censorship groups to make up nonsense surrounding violent games  The punishment would be licenses revoked and jail time.  I basically said, "the media lies to create a moral panic on violent video games, it's like yelling fire in a movie theater, why are they allowed to do this when we aren't?", and cited the most dastardly lie ever, the "doom will become reality hoax". It's up there, but won't be visible till I get 150 signatures.

PROOF that the Adam Lanza "Score Sheet" is FAKE.

Since the Newtown massacre, dozens of news articles have been saying Adam Lanza made a 7 by 4 foot tall spreadsheet with info on previous murders. The articles try to claim it is the work "of a deranged gamer" and that he killed himself to "save points", at the same time, stereotyping gamers as murderers.

I did some more research into the fake Adam Lanza "Deranged gamer score sheet" claim today. Apparently the original article, which is here, said it was a document on his computer. Only problem is that it was found, that he destroyed the Hard drive of his computer, according to this site. How could the spreadsheet document even exist?! A PC with a Hard drive that has failed due to destruction won't start. No way can anyone retrieve info from that Hard Drive. It's impossible. This article proves they did not succeed at retrieving data from his Hard drive, so how could this document be real?

This means that this spreadsheet claim IS fake.

This is PROOF Lupica made up this crap. He is a scumbag. People like him should be rotting in jail for spreading hate speech. It pisses me off. How can a newspaper allow him to spread nonsense like this? How can the government? Since sandy hook, the government has done NOTHING to stop the spread of media fabrications surrounding video games or gamers like the article. It's their responsibility to prevent BS like this. DO something to punish the media for calling gamers murderers and claiming this spreadsheet is real. They won't because they too think gamers are potential school shooters.

Talk to your senators about this. Say how you dislike nonsense being spread about violent games like this fake spreadsheet. Say how the article stereotypes gamers as murderers. Say how the spreadsheet document mentioned in the article is fake and that his PC had it's hard drive destroyed so nothing could be recovered from it. The government investigation claims it's real. Complain about that too. It's disgusting. Make them feel your wrath.

Adam Lanza "Score Sheet" Hoax is the latest of crap BS attacking Games.

My previous 2 articles go into a supposed deranged gamer "Score Sheet" Adam Lanza made, which detailed the weapon types, kill count and other things on 500 murders. An Article by a New York Newspaper claimed the Police found this spreadsheet, and said it was 7 foot by 4 foot, and had 500 murders on it. Only problem is that for 500 names to fit in a spreadsheet, it would have to be made in a smaller font than the 9 font they said it had. Only 420 names can fit on a spreadsheet that is 7 feet tall in a 9 font.

The original article attacked games and gamers heavily, claiming Adam Lanza was trying to outdo previous shooters done by gamers in a "video game world" when he shot up Newtown. They also claimed killing yourself was preferrable in their stupid BS "Code of a Gamer" to being caught because other "gamers" (they mean school shooters) could take your "points" you were trying to earn while shooting up a school. This whole article stereotyped gamers by trying to say gamers = murderers and is quite disgusting at the least, and hate speech at the worst.

Dozens of newspapers cited this crap and spread the anti-gamer stereotype even further by doing so, each one of the articles citing the original mentions the BS code of a gamer and how gamers live violent fantasies by trying to commit school massacres in their own sick real life version of the games they play. Not a single one of these articles attacked the original for this nonsense, not a single one, and that's telling. You'd think in this day and age, anti-gamer stereotyping would be attacked massively but the gamers just don't care. None of them complained. NONE. I'm the only one complaining, long after the fact, because I recently found out that there are still articles from more recent times citing this crap. And it pisses me off.

But what really pisses me off is the fact that the writer made up a bunk spreadsheet claim, used it to attack gamers and games, and the Government of Connecticut themselves said it was real. It's the latest in a long line of BS claims being used against violent games, and the first fake evidence claim I've seen to be used against gamers themselves. It stereotypes all gamers as adam lanza wannabees with their 500 name spreadsheets and murder fantasies. Most Real gamers don't do crap like this. Most don't obsess over murders, guns, and violence in general. We may play violent games but most enjoy the games for the challenge, story, and atmosphere, NOT the violence. The whole stereotype that gamers are violent sociopaths is being spread by the initial article AND the articles citing it and therefore also by the Connecticut government because they are claiming the spreadsheet is real and it is a product of an anti-gaming article so by default they are spreading the stereotype as well.

Previous fake evidence claims always were about demonizing games themselves by providing "evidence" that shooters killed real people due to the violent games influence. The Doom will become reality hoax, a fake Eric harris website did this, it had a page saying "on april 21'st the fires will light up, doom will become reality", making it look like Doom Influenced Harris. FBI proved it was fake by figuring out the site went up after the massacre, but still hundreds of articles tried to use this to attack Doom. 3 Newspapers conspired after this, to make up a claim stating that a hate site tracking group found a Modified version of doom that Harris used to "train" for the massacre, complete with begging students in the game. Only issue is that the features mentioned could not have been done in doom till 2001 at the earliest (long after Harris was Dead). But people still used this to attack Doom as well in articles citing this. This even got spread to the American Psychological association and was cited in a paper done by them that tried to claim Violent games make people violent. The previous hoax was put in an Amicus Brief by the Eagle forum for Brown Vs EMA to try to sway the Supreme Court with faked evidence. Both of these didn't go as far as to Stereotype gamers. The newest one does, and it's a change for the Anti-gamers, a change that is NOT needed!

If Connecticut is using this evidence to demonize gamers, they have stepped to a new low here. Saying he Spreadsheet is real is one thing, but then citing the article that said it's the work of a "video gamer" by making us all look like Adam Lanza Clones is Disgusting. I plan to Go to Connecticut soon within a month or so. I want to see how far this BS has spread. I will order a Doom Shirt online and go into a Wendies in a Connecticut town (wish it was Newtown but my families day trip to Connecticut is way to far away from there), and see if people give me any dirty looks or crap like that. If they do, it's more evidence Connecticut has become the next Colorado in terms of violent game moral panic related BS.

I don't know what will stop crap like this, other than massively limiting the powers of the media to spread false truths. That's the only thing that will help to me. The problem with that is that neither major party would support this idea. Democrats hate violent games. They would never support something that stops their allies from spreading lies about such games, which fuels the moral panics needed to get their bills voted in. Republicans love the big businesses. The media businesses are HUGE. There is no way they will support it either due to this. So basically this means that crap like this is going to happen and nothing can be done about it. What can be done about it is gamers actually calling out journalists that make up stupid claims like this that demonize gamers. Let them feel your wrath. Gamers aren't doing enough to protest this kind of stuff. When it's obvious it's fake and it makes gamers look bad, post comments on the newspaper article saying you don't like it. This can actually work if enough people did this. Bad comments can make a newspaper look bad. That can get them to have bad reputations. If they were flooded with negative comments over  their article they might think twice about spewing the same vile shit again. But the problem is that gamers aren't willing to do this. They are too pre-occupied with games to really care.

Adam Lanza's "Score Sheet" Spreadsheet is a Hoax designed to Stereotype Gamers

For years, news writers have been claiming Adam Lanza created a massive 7 by 4 foot spreadsheet detailing previous killers murders. The article that it  first was mentioned in had massive anti-gamer stereotyping in it, claimed it as a "gamer score sheet", mentioned a bullshit "code of a gamer" which says it's preferable to kill  yourself then to be caught, and other nonsense.

The police and the state of Connecticut have been massively anti-gaming from the get go, back to the time of Senator Lie-Berman's BS. It's no surprise they are using this against gamers, but I still don't like it. The article stereotypes gamers as murderers, and the police are directly behind the nonsense in that article. Nonsense? Well according to me, this spreadsheet cannot exist.

Why?

The spreadsheet supposedly is 7 feet by 4 feet, written in a 9 font, and contains 500 murders in the columns. I looked at a spreadsheet made in Open Office (identical to Excel in everything but name) and found out that with a 9 font, 1 inch equaled 5 columns. Multiply that by 12 to get columns in a foot and you get 60. Multiply that by 7 (for 7 feet) and you get only 420 columns. This spreadsheet is impossible! It cannot fit 500 names in it. Therefore, it can't be real.

It's BS and the official investigation claims it's real. The state of Connecticut is using faked evidence to attack games again. And they are stereotyping gamers as murders when only 2 out of 211,000,000 gamers (0% of gamers) have killed people in 2012.  It's complete BS and it must stop.

It's stupid that Connecticut is doing this. Their Report is a farce. It never mentions why he killed
those people in the school. It only claims he was a gamer and uses that as a stereotype to attack the millions of gamers who haven't killed anyone.I think it's in  the best interest that fake investigation like this cease immediately.

Idiot politician from Conneticut still trying to tax violent games.

While looking at gamepolitics.com, I came across this article. It seems that another idiot trying to blame violent games for sandy hook. It never ends does it? The "person" in question is none other than Debra lee Hovey, some senator or representitive from Conneticut, who after sandy hook, brought legislation to the House in Connecticut to Tax the Sale of violent games, saying they caused sandy hook, which they do not. She, recently has seen this legislation fail (rightfully so) and then said recently that she would bring it back into the senate there.

"Countless studies, including a recent 2014 piece out of Iowa State University, have attributed the playing of violent video games with noticeable increases – in both frequency and severity – of aggressive behavior. This is true particularly among children and teens. According to that same study, more than 90% of video games rated E10+ or higher contain violent content, which is often justified and portrayed as ‘fun’. Moreover, it is now common knowledge that Adam Lanza was known to play these violent video games for hours a day. If we can educate consumers about mature video games as violent behavior triggers, and put more resources into researching contributing factors of violent behavior, why wouldn’t we?:"






What she doesn't say is that many of these studies are flawed, and try to find a link between video games and aggression or violence and use things like eletrocshock therapy to increase the likelyhood "factors" that are found in the kids who play violent games. These factors can be brainwave scans, loud noise, etc. None of these prove the kids are acting aggressive, the kids act aggressive normally anyway, do they check for that? No. Many studies are biased and are funded by groups like the center for sucessful parenting, who clearly want to get rid of video game violence, totally by causing crap like this.


"I am disheartened this bill did not pass. Assuming Connecticut lawmakers are truly serious about changing the culture of violence in our state, taxing violent video games is a common sense start to achieving this goal. If mature-rated video games carried an extra warning label, and were charged an extra tax due to their violent content -similar to the sin tax on cigarettes-, a parent might think twice before purchasing that game for their young child. At minimum, a parent would be more conscious of the content in the games their children are playing. In reality, educating parents about the potential mental health implications to their eight year old from playing violent video games is as common sense as warning pregnant women about the dangers of drinking alcohol. If the children, teens, and adults who play these games (alike) were aware of the risks of violent video game play, they could moderate their exposure to such play and seek help if needed."


Parents are already buying games, with heavy labels on them. No way a label or tax will change that. How far does Hovey want this to go? 50% tax on the sale, 100%?, taxing the buyer 10% of all property they own in the state every time they play the game, in an attempt to kill the industry. Make no mistake, a tax like this has only one goal, to do just that.  She claims 8 year olds regularly play violent games. Regular studies by the ESRB prove the average age of gamers is 34+ years old! 8 year olds play games that MAY contain some violence but most gamers are NOT 8 year olds like she is claiming!

"The science is clear and overwhelming; the playing of violent video games by children and teens does lead to observable behavior changes. That same study from Iowa State University showed that “habitual violent video game play increases long term aggressive behavior” and this increase occurs “regardless of sex, age, initial aggressiveness, and parental involvement.” That means even children with no previous signs of violent tendencies were shown to have an increased incidence of such behavior after prolonged violent video game play. An additional 2004 study concluded that adolescents who play violent video games for extended periods of time are often more aggressive, more confrontational with teachers and adults, and more likely to engage in fights with peers. Violent video game play does not only impact the behavior of children with preexisting behavioral issues, but the behavior of all children."



This is another citation by her of a Biased study that proves nothing. Aggression is normal in kids. My friends kid never plays violent games, and he throws crap around constantly.  Aggression =/= Violence! Kids are like this anyway, does this fact even register in the mind of such idiots spouting nonsense like this?

She is spewing more nonsense here.  It is NOT the duty of conneticut to ensure parents that this nonsense is supposedly real. She thinks us gamers don't know about the BS she and other anti-gaming morons keep spreading? We've been aware of it since the dawn of the violent gaming causes school shootings moral panic because the media constantly blames violent games for crap they did not do. I highly suggest any gamer in Conneticut contact their Representive and tell them to not vote for this Bill she is bringing into the House to Tax violent games..... This person claims that : "screaming and songs about hell make it to the airwaves". He's probably hearing crap like the above bands, and a lot of these above bands suck! Even I think that, and I'm a metalhead!

1 - This idiot thinks all metal sounds the same. Well..... He's only heard NU-METAL, which is crap played on the radio which isn't even metal at all, but shitty alternative. He's never heard Melodeath, Folk Metal, Power Metal, Prog Metal, Progressive Thrash Metal, Doom Metal, Viking Metal, or Black Metal, or Progressive Black Metal. Each genre sounds radically different from the other. 

Melodeath - Brutally heavy, yet lots of melody, harsh vocals, simple riffs mostly.
Folk Metal - Massively Varied Genre, each band sounds radically different from the other because Folk Music is very varied and so is metal, so when you get one band combining one form of folk music with another form of metal it will sound different from a folk metal band using different forms of folk and metal. Ensiferum is Finnish Folk mixed with Melodic Death Metal. Korpiklaani mixes Finnish "Humpa" polka-like music with Thrash Metal. Finntroll mixes that with Black Metal. 
Power Metal - High Pitched non-screaming vocals, fast guitars, epic melodies, classical influence, it's the entire anthithesis to his argument!
Prog Metal - Complex music structures, long song lengths, softer approach compared to other forms of metal, concept albums, weird sounding riffs, very experimental.

Doom Metal - Haunting melodies, simple song structures, slow drumming, haunting low pitched vocals, depressing lyrical subjects.
Viking Metal - Sounds like black metal with folk metal influences. Lyrics about norse mythology mostly.
Black Metal - Bad production, non-chord, harmonic guitar structure where several guitarists play notes and vary the notes to create an evil sound, fast drumming, very harsh vocals, Evil Satanic Lyrics mostly.
Progressive Black Metal - A hybrid of Prog Metal and Black Metal. Black metal harmonies are used but experimentation means that new harmonies are used a lot more, time changes are quite common, lyrics are NOT satanic like in Normal black metal. Very weird sounding.
All of the above metal subgenres sound very different from eachother! So much for it "sounding all the same!"

That's because Lady Gaga is pop, artifical music made with a computer that is easy to get into therefore most people like it. Metal is like classical on guitar, it isn't mainstream due to crap like Limp Bizkit, Marilyn Manson, Slipknot, etc.

He states that metal has some "Scary Crime Statistics" related to it. I looked through a google search to find out more. I came across this site. It's a blog article talking about "heavy metal killers". In each of the cases where metal cd's were found in the posession of a murderer, there is always a more likely cause to their crime then "Metal made me do it".   I quote:

Alleged crime: He's a senior operative in Al-Qaeda, where his chums call him "Azzam the American."
Date of incident: Gadahn began threatening terrorist attacks on America in 2004.

You have a bunch of psychotic killers here who listened to metal. 1 is a Al-Queda member for gods sake, and this "ban metal" idiot wants to believe metal made him do his crime, and not being part of a terrorist cell? 1 Was inspired by what they incorrectly call "Death Metal", which is what they name Satanic extreme metal. They probably mean BLACK METAL!, because 90% of Death Metal is NOT Satanic.  Slipknot, Drowning Pool, some black metal band, a Death metal written or peformed by the Murderer, Slipknot again and some other misc. metal band are named. Notice a pattern? Fake 'NU-METAL' such as slipknot and Drowning Pool, which is really alternative, is 90% of the bands scapegoated. The others are black metal and death metal bands the murderers were in.  Not once has a power metal, Thrash Metal, Melodic Death Metal, Folk Metal, Prog Metal or Doom Metal band been named in a major case. It's only POPULAR  fake metal, and Indie Metal Bands of killers, which are blamed..... Sounds more likely these people were mentally ill, terrorists or psychopaths. One even was Bipolar, another blacked out during the crime. The idiot "Ban Metal" would ignore this obvious evidence to say Metal was to blame and he is an idiot for bringing this up. I personally, HATE Satanic themes in bands lyrics. Not because it's evil. I'm an atheist so that doesn't matter to me. It's the whole "Spread evil religious attacking lyrics to cause a controversy" angle that gets me. Every one of the above Satanic Bands do this in one shape or other, Especially  the non-black metal ones. For years idiots like the person who made the Ban Metal Page on facebook have been whining about 100% of metal being satanic, 100% of metal fans and bands being part of a satanic cult that molests children and similar. Bands like Slayer are taking advantage of this stereotype to sell records. I think more bands should DITCH the satanic image to get these groups to listen when people like me say "WERE NOT SATANIC!". 

People like this piss me off. It's always the Westboro Baptist Church types that attack metal, Notice that? The guy Singles out Black Metal and Slayer like Satanic Bands to attack ALL the music I listed above that is NOT satanic. He insults metalheads right and left, he calls us names, he's an IDIOT.

Texas head of Probation blames violent games for crimes... Again....

I was browsing gamepolitics.com when I came across this article. Apparently some moron in the inept Texas crime punishment system is blaming violent games and music for crime. What kind of music? Not heavy metal this time, thank god, but rap, which he hits the nail on the head on, to his credit. He is right about that. But then he goes down  to try to say that playing violent games will make you more likely to commit crime and then attacks various popular games (thank god none of them are actually good games)... I quote:

“As the body becomes physiologically accustomed to a little lift from a gateway drug, the person graduates to harder drugs,” Williams said, “I see video games as something where once the thrill of playing a video game is gone, what’s the next step?”

He's basically saying that crime is directly caused by playing violent games. Which is BS, because in the last few years when games were really violent and popular, crime has been dropping.  He is trying to say that gamers become criminals after they get bored of a game. It's preposterous, stupid, and just a plain fucking lie. There is no way violent games will make you want to commit crime after you get bored of them. I have gotten 'bored' of the crappy games I played to death like the ones he mentions, and not once did I want to steal cars for real like I did when I was playing the shitty excuse for a series GTA is. And I don't know where he gets this info. He has no hard evidence to back up his claim whatsoever here, NONE. And here is proof:

This is proof that he is pulling BS out of his ass. Like this said there hasn't been a single cited case where he mentions how a juvenile offender played violent games and then committed a crime. He just says there is but can't back it up because he's an anti-gamer asshole.

 He then tries to claim kids are playing these games (GTA, Postal 2/3, Call of Duty and Mortal Kombat). Call of duty he is right about. But the others, not so much. The average age of a gamer today as found out by the ESA is 30. 30! Not a kid. The whole idea that kids play violent games and only kids play them is nonsense that I have debunked on a blog post somewhere in a myths post. It's nonsense.

Notice how he singles out those 5 games and tries to claim all violent games lead to crime? Well I did and this is total bullshit. Games like that are a small percentage of violent games. There are tons of idiots in newspaper articles singling out Postal 2 as an example of what "most violent games are like" to attack the EMA vs Brown Decision. This is no different. It's blatant stereotyping. There are many shooters/RPG's/other games that are violent and do NOT push the envelope like GTA or Mortal Kombat does.  GTA and it's ilk make up less than 10% of total violent games ever made. He is simply using his position, like cops do to try to demean the gaming industry by making it look like these 5 crappy games are good examples of "realistic" violent games (when they are not), and then saying all games cause crime. It's Bullshit, Don't believe it. And he's an ass.

Columbine Doom hoax search results and Fake Doom BS

Today, after reading the articles I posted on the Doom Hoaxes, where Doom was blamed for columbine using fake evidence, fabricated in 1999, I decided to write another article about video game related nonsense and how my efforts to debunk such hoaxes have really helped to show how idiotic the doom moral panic was.

The first such hoax "Doom will become reality", supposedly was said on Eric Harris's website but several sites proved that it was fake at the time. But their proof did not get far, because many more sites said this was proof that Doom did in fact cause columbine, all attacking violent video games at the same time. At the time, any and all search results for the phrase lead to sites attacking violent games. My debunking it helped to change that however. Go search for "Doom Will become reality" on google.com and you get this:

My blogs and videos debunking this nonsense are now at the top of the results. Surprise! Saying that the Doom will become reality hoax is just that, over and over again can do wonders to the search results. My stuff has seriously trumped all the anti-gamer nonsense BS sites saying Doom was the cause for the massacre.
But this thing doesn't end here.

Another much more complex hoax involved 3 articles from 3 newspaper saying a modified version of doom was found on Eric Harris's website/or computer. (it differs per source, weirdly). The modified version of doom had begging students saying a certain phrase and many features doom could not do in 1999. At the time searching for some phrase in the articles themselves led to tons of sites all citing the claims like they were a fact. That is still true. But if you google "modified version of doom columbine" you get the most popular article and my debunkings right below it. Not as successful as the last debunking, but close.

Now if you googled the phrase "Doom caused columbine" before I mentioned the phrase over and over again with various articles here, you would get tons of sites saying that Doom did in fact cause columbine. Now this is what you get:

After the wikipedia article, my debunking is right below! I never expected the debunking to get so high in the search results. I expected that some people would read it and then stow it away, and at best I would get mentioned on some gaming forum. I wasn't expecting my results on the Doom will become reality hoax to include my articles first. With all the sites (100's) saying that this hoax is proof doom did cause columbine, you'd expect my post to be much lower, but no.

But before we go, I want to do another Fake Doom BS debunking right here. Not quite as popular in the game attacking sites as the 2 last ones but still mentioned from time to time is the following long paragraph written by Harris himself:

"everyone should be put to a test. an ULTIMATE DOOM test, see who can survive in an environment using only smarts and military skills. put them in a doom world. no authority, no refuge, no BS copout excuses. If you cant figure out the area of a triangle or what "cation" means, you die! if you cant take down a demon w/ a chainsaw or kill a hell prince w/ a shotgun, you die! fucking snotty rich fuckheads [Censored by J.C.Sheriff Office] who rely on others or on sympathy or $ to get them through life should be put to this challenge. plus it would get rid of all the fat, retarded, crippled, stupid, dumb, ignorant, worthless people of this world. no one is worthy of this planet only me and who ever I choose. there is just no respect for anything higher than your fucking boss or parent. everyone should be shot out into space and only the people I saw should be left behind. 4/12/98"

This phrase is clearly talking about doom multi player, not actually putting people in a school shooting situation. Any gamer can see that. But the people who never played video games would see it a different way, because of the way the articles using this against doom quoted it. The "ultimate doom challenge" is clearly just multi player. Not a school shooting. After that he goes into a total psychotic attack against people who are rich and says they should be killed. But this is used to blame doom constantly. How do we debunk this?

We look for other references to doom in his writings. In most of them Doom is mentioned with other things such as war, with no context to what they are actually describing, such as "this will be like doom, ww2, the korean war rolled into one". What is he talking about. You can't tell. There is no way to know, so how to the anti-gamers know this is about the massacre? They don't. They just want others to believe it is.  In all of his writings there is plenty of evidence that Doom was NOT influencing him to commit the massacre.. this following quote proves it:

"someones bound to say "what were they thinking?" when we go NBK or when we were planning it, so this what I am thinking. "I have a goal to destroy as much as possible so I must not be sidetracked by my feelings of sympathy, mercy, or any of that, so I will force myself to believe that everyone is just another monster from Doom like FH or FS or demons, so It's either me or them. I have to turn off my feelings." keep this is mind, I want to burn the world, I want to kill everyone except about 5 people, who I will name later, so If you are reading this you are lucky you escaped my rampage because I wanted to kill you. It will be very tricky getting all of our supplies, explosives, weaponry, ammo, and then hiding it all and then actually planting it all so we can achieve our goal. but if we get busted any time, we start killing then and there, just like Wilks from the AlIENS books, I aint going out without a fight."

Notice how he said he would have to "force himself to believe all students are doom monsters" to turn off his feelings during the massacre? No way is this  something doom did. Look for more references to Doom in the writings I linked and you get one reference to WW2, and one to the doom shotgun, the ultimate doom test and this. That's it.

Speaking of ww2. Why is the obvious fact and motive that Harris was a Nazi fuckhead completely looked over? Do I have to quote the exact quote where he worships hitler/Nazi's. now. But search for it and you will find more info on his obssession with Nazi's. Why was this totally ignored by all the groups that attacked doom? It's all over his writings, Racial Slurs, references to Nazi's, swastika's, plane as day to see. Yet this was totally ignored and Doom was blamed instead? WTF!

In any ordinary mind this would be much more likely motive than being "brainwashed by doom". But people in Colorado started blaming doom right and left till it was mass hysteria.  It got so out of control that even I was threatened by some dickhead on a forum over it (long story).  This is just more proof that the people blaming doom, skipping over his hatred of people/love for Nazi's, are complete idiots. His multiplayer "Ultimate Doom test" was used like the "Doom will become reality hoax" to demonize Doom constantly in  various attack sites, even to this day. It's rediculous.
At least I can try to stop this nonsense, and I think I have been relatively sucessful.

"Offensive Content" nonsense clauses in websites terms of service piss me off!

So for a few years I've been posting music to my soundcloud account, mostly extreme metal I write for two solo artist of mine. As of late, a theme has popped into my lyrics, a not-so-clean theme that I don't normally write about, wanking. But since I am massively pro-wanking(tm) I decided to write 2 songs about it. So I uploaded one, not realizing, that soundcloud's terms of service say you can't do that, your content cannot be sexually explicit.... WTF! Here is the exact text from the terms and services section:

"Representations and Warranties

You hereby represent and warrant to SoundCloud as follows:
(i) Your Content, and each and every part thereof, is an original work by you, or you have obtained all rights, licences, consents and permissions necessary in order to use, and (if and where relevant) to authorise SoundCloud to use, Your Content pursuant to these Terms of Use, including, without limitation, the right to upload, reproduce, store, transmit, distribute, share, publicly display, publicly perform, make available and otherwise communicate to the public Your Content, and each and every part thereof, on, through or via the Website, any and all Services and any Linked Services.
(ii) Your Content and the availability thereof on the Platform does not and will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party, including, without limitation, any intellectual property rights, performers’ rights, rights of privacy or publicity, or rights in confidential information.

Look at part 4 above:

So basically they are not allowing people to upload merely offensive content of any kind. Define offensive? Some lyrics I write might offend the idiots out there? In fact you can say that any content can be offensive, because there will always be someone who will find it offensive.

Notice that it also outlaws "culturally offensive content". WTF! Define culturally offensive. That is a complete subjective statement. Someone can find a song's lyrics about zombies eating babies to be offensive or "culturally offensive". It's stupid, vague and idiotic that that, sexually explicit, obscene and indecent content are not allowed...... They are vague, subjective content definitions that all require the person 'offended' by them to find them offensive for it to be any of those..... Not objective. Is our country and our Internet such a nanny state now that offensive content has to be gotten rid of... For the children? WTF!


Also, what the fuck is the problem with sexually explicit  content? Both youtube and Soundcloud block this stuff and it's completely normal and natural. Yet in this world it's horribly offensive to even mention any kind of sexual content in lyrics. It's like 'all mentions of sex = bad for a children's mind so we need to get rid of it'.  It's stupid.

It's really lucky of me to upload the music lyrics I do which can fit into some of these categories and not be deleted yet. I have had some suspicious problems with my soundcloud accounts in the past so maybe. I wish soundcloud would get rid of the 'offensive','abusive','culturally offensive','obscene',and 'indecent' clauses.  It isn't needed. People offended by lyrics can put them in categories like this to get them taken down and that is NOT the way the Internet should work.

I'm not happy about this. This crap should not be on the Internet at all. Subjective content restrictions need to be Gotten rid of, completely. They don't do anything positive. They just prevent people from being offended. It's like accidentally or purposely offending people is a crime now. It shouldn't be. Guess what folks.... you have the right to be offended. You have no right whatsoever to be shielded from offensive content because that's fucking stupid. End of story.

NSA's new Malware plan must be stopped

So NSA's rediculous power is only going to get worse now. If you thought them collecting info was bad, well, guess again. Now, according to Slashdot, they want to use Malware, probably rootkitted malware to steal info from possible "terrorists", using fake emails spread claiming to be from Facebook and other Social Networking services.  It's bad enough when we have no privacy anymore, but now they want to mess up the security of our computers? What the hell is wrong with them. Do they even know how bad malware is? Certain malware can totally fuck up a system, and that's what they want to do to get their spying data from us.... It's really sick...

I highly recommend that people who don't want their PC's hacked by NSA and others (because others will use the malware the NSA makes against other people, mark my words) should contact their Representatives and complain. It's really important we do this. Send them a message saying how you don't want the government allowing others to utterly destroying people's PC's (because that's what malware does) while the NSA can do the same thing at the same time! Tell them how disgusted you are at the NSA! Show them your anger! Remind them that what NSA is planning to do should be punished with Life in Prison like it would be for any Civilian hacking a PC. But NSA won't pay thay price, will they?

Some hacker nuked my PC 2 years ago and 2 1/2 years before that. I've been a victim of nasty malware, Rootkits, Polymorphic file infecting Viruses that nuke your PC by infecting all programs on your computer, destroying all your date (like Virut), and worse. This shit is already out of control, and the companies that makes pile of shit antivirus products aren't  doing shit against the horrible malware out there, and now the NSA wants to join the hackers in the great job of nuking our PC's for what, for National Security? WTF!

This whole pile of crap idea is NOT for national security. It's for spying on people and accessing their PC to enable them to use that whole framework to enforce laws that are impossible now, like Punishing people for playing violent games (through a tax or prison time even), or listening to mp3 music (getting their info for mass lawsuit filing!, or worse), or to punish people who criticize the government. This crap is NOT needed for National Security! Tell your REP that!

In the mean time, It's really important to Protect your Own PC. An antivirus will do nothing against their malware. It will be a rootkit more than likely and Antivirus products can't even flush out tougher virii or fake antivirus crap now. Instead get the free Program Sandboxie. GOP trying to overtax "Violent gaming companies" with the new Tax Reform bill.

So reading gamepolitics got me this article to attack. Basically, the GOP is trying to make it so R&D tax credit does not get given to "Violent Gaming Companies", another ill planned attempt to kill off the industry in 5-10 years, like the Oklahoma Tax Bill that would have made it legal to tax people who stored, played, and otherwise consumed violent games 1% Of all the property they bought in the state, (which would be 100's of dollars per storage, use, etc for me, more for others). Since no one could afford such a tax no one would even buy violent games and the industry would go bankrupt, provided the bill spread to other states like the filthy virus it was. Good thing it was struck down in court.

But the current Tax Reform bill has absolutely nothing to do with tax reform in a positive way when you factor in the future consequences the industry will have. I have no clue how high the current Tax Credit is for R and D for the gaming industry but it must be quite significant. Make it so this tax credit goes out the window and gaming companies will eventually (not right away but eventually) stop even trying to make new engines for their games because they can't afford it. So they use old engines, and since old engines = shit graphics to most of the gaming community, the game will get shitty reviews and won't even sell. Once this happens to 75 percent or more of the industry you have only the big corporations even being able to afford the tax credit and all others use old engines and eventually the new games with the old engines get panned as obsolete and they don't make anymore money off of them, therefore they go out of business because they can't afford to make new engines for their games.

I for one hate this. It's not entirely the GOP's fault, because to me Graphics =/= better game, Gameplay is far more important and so is story. But to modern consolitis infected morons graphics are everything and because of that this whole idea will eventually kill the industry. Someone has to stop this kind of thing now, because I don't see the trend of better graphics = better game changing soon.

Write your representatives and tell them you think this tax is a ludicrous example of censoring an industry that the public thinks put out trash for games (which is the most common example of an opinion on violent games, unfortunately). Tell them the government should not be putting there noses into the gaming industry for a sick minded attempt to kill it off, which is what this really is!

Denverpost.com 1999 death threats and the coverup Revealed.

So I told you in an old post how my anti-video game censorship crusade began. I was brutally threatened by an Internet troll on a denverpost message board after rudely responding to him after he did the same to me after I posted how I hated how denverpost and other news sites were making up utter BS about Doom's fake connection to columbine.  It's a long story but what isn't is there culpability in allowing someone to threaten my life and how nothing has been done about it since.

The troll swore, used sick sexual innuendo, threatened violence AND rape to anyone who said something trying to defend violent games on the forum.  And for 3 months the troll was allowed to do that, threaten to crack my skull in and much worse. The final post involved the troll saying "I have enough evidence to prove gamers get violent" or something like that, something very lawyer like.  It was almost like the troll was a lawyer and was trying to get evidence that gamers are violent through  a warped method of insulting gamers constantly till they eventually would threaten him back and writing down the responses.  I have no proof this troll was a lawyer, except for this and 1 other thing, the persons email address was justicemail.com, email for the law community.

Eventually the site was shut down, the entire forum service actually, and the entire email service was also shut down. The account for justicemail.com that this person used does not exist and this image taken with my web browser proves it.

It seems this whole thing was being covered up. First the post that said "I have enough evidence" was taken down suddenly, no more than 20 minutes later. Then the entire forum service goes down and the email service too? Too weird to be a coincidence to me. But what really proves this is that actual evidence that proves the identity of this troll (probably a fake identity) was found by me recently, and it was taken down too!

For years I have been using reverse email lookups to find the Identity of the troll who threatened me. Almost all of them were scams and the ones that weren't gave me no matches.  I kept looking for more for 12 years or so and until this year I didn't find any clue who this idiot troll was. I tried spokeo.com and It gave me a match to a person in San Diego but nothing else. That was a start... But the more I tried the more I failed to find out more. Dozens of google searches of the email led to nothing, I was hoping to find an account of the troll threatening gamers on some other message board lazy enough to use the same email but no such luck. Until this year. Google searching "kissle@justicemail.com" lead me to this result which I took a screenshot of because I was afraid it would be taken down:

So the troll in question was "Mike Pope" from Thailand? Somehow I think this is a pseudonym because Mike Pope doesn't sound like a name from a person living in Thailand to me. It sounds fake. It's besides the point because this result was taken down by google mysteriously.  Another cover up? I don't know but if you google "kissle@justicemail.com" you don't get this result anymore. It's a coverup, I tell you.

So denverpost allows this loser to threaten my life, threaten to crack my skull open, threaten to "fuck me up the ass" and worse and nothing was done to ban this user, what so ever, no action taken whatsoever. Their scumbags, I tell you! They first publish an article making up nonsense about doom after Columbine saying Eric Harris made a version of Doom to train on that has features Doom Cannot do, then they do this? It pisses me off, that this idiot and the idiots in this fake newspaper get away with this.
