This article is about E3 and tries to claim that people aren't allowed to Criticize violent entertainment.
That's BS because these fuckwads have tons of tons of sites they infest to do just that, and when one of them, or all of them, makes up nonsense claims they get criticized in return by people who KNOW WHAT THE FUCK THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT.
Case and Point, the stupid constant BS surrounding the equally stupid quote by Jonathan Blow.

The Author of this article tries to claim that this quote got silenced by "armies of violent gamers" but ignores the stupidity of the comment itself. The Comment tries to equate mass murder with a video game where you kill people who try to kill you. The two are NOT the same asshole!
Mass murder involves killing dozens of Innocent, Defenseless people. NOT people who try to kill you! The two are not the same at all. One is Combat, One is Murder. Is Combat Murder? No. Murder involves intentionally taking a life of someone who is defenseless. The characters in the game are NOT defenseless. They shoot, or stab you if they get the chance to. It's stupid to make a claim that a game like this is mass murder. That is the stupidest thing ever. If there was a game where you went around a pre-school and killed dozens of innocent 3 year olds, and it was shown at E3, that comment by Blowhard would be valid. But since a game like that doesn't exist, his comment is stupid and he deserves "vitriolic" comments and worse and return.
And so is this writer for saying that Blow got "Vitriolic" responses, for merely Criticizing. Sorry. Blow did more than Criticize. He Made up BS. Complete BS that says a game is the same as mass murder. It's stupid. And so is the writer.
People like blow shouldn't be allowed to spread shit like this. Things like his lies lead to actual moral panics and moral panics lead to censorship. What do you think an average, Bible Thumping/Gamer Hating Extremist is going to do if they hear that comment. They will contact their Rep asking them to do something about video game violence. Then we get a bunch of fucking idiotic politicians trying to censor an art form. It's happened Before.

A bunch of assholes tried to post a fake Eric Harris AOL Site saying Doom was his primary influence using a fake quote that said "Doom Will Become Reality on April 21". Well... The media spread this nonsense and soon the government got involved and they tried to ban violent games to ADULTS in many states. It failed but they Tried.
Sandy Hook:
A Bunch of Media sites say Adam Lanza Played Call of Duty. The watchers of the media then called their Rep. Soon the Government forced the industry to meet with them to ask them what they (the industry) could do to stop killings. Soon there was a CDC Study on video games to see if there was a correlation between mass killings and them,
UCC Shooting:
Some Fucking Idiot posted a tweet saying the shooter was falsely "confirmed" to be Samuel Hyde, a youtube gamer and Comedian. Soon a HUGE Witch Mob started to attack violent games. This was long before we knew who the real shooter was. Some of these people contacted their rep's and soon the Senators involved attacked violent games again.
See what happens when idiots who spread lies are believed. Those believers contact people who can actually stifle an art form.
Which is worse? Fucking Censorship Enabling Assholes like Blow getting death threats or their fucking wet dream of all video games that offend them getting censored or altered because the government is forcing the games to not be "offensive"/"Sexist"/"Violent"/"anything these mamby pambies don't like".

How to stop the next Video Games Moral Panic
These are ideas I thought up to end the next video games moral panic that comes up after a shooting spree or school shooting that has "connections" to video games. I thought these up during the Sandy Hook Moral Panic and think this is a great time to bring these up again and I think someone needs to get at least one of these into the Obama Admin. ASAP. I won't do it. I cannot get signatures no matter how hard I try. But someone else in the Gaming Industry should really consider this, because it will limit the possibility of legislation of video games in the future to a very slim chance.
During the last few video game related moral panics (Columbine, Sandy Hook, etc), hoaxes were spread that seemed to show that school shooters were influenced by video games. Hoaxes such as the "Doom Will Become Reality" Hoax after columbine. These Hoaxes contributed to legislation and were used to attempt sway the supreme court in Brown vs EMA by the Eagle Form Watchdog group. Media then went out and attacked violent games, often times using lies to attack them. Lies such as "Video Games make people violent!" are often cited by people in the media. Both of these contribute to the moral panic and make it spiral out of control. Moral panics can be Proven to cause anti-video games legislation and studies. The industry MUST take steps to prevent the the spread of such lies and hoaxes and the government AND media must be punished for spreading them.
A) Government Limitations
-Government cannot use the Obscenity Clause to judge Violence!
(Obscenity clause has a part that says if the game lacks serious literary, scientific, and educational values, it gets fined. No one in a panel deciding this will say it has these values if they get offended by the violent content!)
-Government forbidden from drafting any bill that by accident or purposely causes the lack of sales of violent games to adults.
(No More laws like the CA bill that started Brown VS EMA. No more crap like this)
-Government forbidden from taxing the "Use", "Storage", or "Consumption" of Violent Games.
(No More making everyone who plays a violent game have to pay a ridiculous tax)
-Government forbidden from Taxing Violent games by a percentage higher than 20%
-Government Video Game Studies are Illegalized
-Government officials should be jailed for making up lies about violent games.
-Government forbidden with tampering with the ESRB and cannot make a new rating system IF it gets abused to rate all games so they cannot be sold in stores at all.

"Studies prove Violent games cause real life violence!"
(No study has ever been done that proves this, EVER! Many prove "Aggression" though)
"Violent games are used to break down the inhibition to kill in the military!"
(A person in the military debunked this. Go here for a debunking. Too long to post here)

(Most violent games are not. Only 1 series "America's Army" is)
"Violent games allow you to rape a woman!"
(Not a single violent game since Custers revenge has this feature. That was released in 1989!)
"Violent Games are marketed to kids"
(The Average age of a gamer is 34 according to a ESRB study)
"Violent Games make kids turn into Child Molesters!"
(Brought up by two different people after sandy hook with NO proof!)
"Violent Game Fans are Terrorists!"
(Posted on a site online attacking a marathon bombing game, no proof whatsoever that this is true)
Example of Hoaxes used to attack games after School Shootings
"Eric Harris said Doom Will Become Reality"
(A fake Harris Site popped up on April 21 1999 that said this. FBI Proved this was a hoax site)
"A Hate Site Tracking Group found a modified version of doom on Harris's Website that allowed him to train for the massacre"
(The version of doom that was modified in the article had features doom could not do in 1999 "Infinite Weapons/New Weapons/A second Shooter with New AI/Running out of ammo killed both the second shooter and the player", therefore the modified version of doom is a hoax)
"Adam Lanza's PC, contained a "gamer Scoresheet" with specifics on 500 murders"
(His PC's HDD was Destroyed WITH A HAMMER, how could they even find the fake spreadsheet?)
-Amicus Briefs that use the above lies to sway a supreme court case about a violent game related legislation must be fact checked by a panel of game industry members who know these are lies, and the person who drafted the amicus brief gets heavily fined and barred from future amicus briefs. (Eagle Forum already tried this tactic with some of the above hoaxes during Brown vs EMA)
B) Media Limitations
This covers Media groups (Tv Stations, Newspapers, Websites of those two, ) and Watchdog Groups (PTC, Eagle Forum, National Institute of the Media and the Family, Common Sense Media, etc.) and Police (Police Stations (They often attack games))
-Any newspaper caught writing an article that makes up facts to "prove" a game caused a school shooting and it can be proven by an industry panel, license revoked, fined 2 million dollars, writer thrown in jail for 10 years.
-Any newspaper trying to stretch the truth on violent games, fined 2 million dollars, thrown in jail for 2 years
-Any Newstation making up nonsense about violent games and it can be proven by the above panel,
the tv station shut down, they get fined million dollars, and they get tried for inciting the populace in a dangerous way, and license revoked of anyone involved.
Media now has to be 100% FACTUAL when talking about violent games
-Any Watchdog group that submits an Amicus Brief that contains the above lies and/or hoaxes, gets jailed for 20 years, their property taken by the government and their website shut down forever)
-Any Watchdog group that makes up nonsense about video games on their site, or elsewhere, gets fined 500,000 dollars, their website shut down for 6 years, and gets jailed for 2 years.
-Anyone who goes on talk shows mentioning the above lies and/or hoaxes gets jailed for 10 years, and the talk show gets fined 500,000 dollars.
C) Frivolous lawsuit protection..
- A panel of video game industry members will filter through any lawsuits filed against a gaming company, and if the plaintiff and/or lawyers use above lies to sway the jury, the plaintiff fined 2 million dollars, the lawyer disbarred, etc.
D) Lawsuits
The Gaming industry is now recommended to sue anyone in the media making up anything about a game, anyone in the government, and anyone legislating video game violence in a way that will make video game not sell able to stores to adults.
E) Stopping the spread of the above lies
- Any forum that is found by the panel of the industry that has above lies being spread, the people get fined 2000 dollars and put in jail for 2 years.
- Anyone who calls video games trash, fined 50 dollars
- Anyone who threatens gamers, or insults gamers online, fined 12000 dollars, and thrown in jail for 5 years.
- Anyone doing the above should have their IP addresses made public to help this
- Anyone caught building a website that contains a new video game violence related hoax that proves a school shooter committed the shooting due to the violent game's influence, gets jailed for 5 years and find 2500 dollars.
Ok... This is my plan. I want someone to send this to "We the People" to petition the Obama Administration to do at least Some of these. I cannot do it. Last time I tried, I could not get enough signatures at all. But someone else can. I think it's time we acted to Prevent the next moral panic rather then attacking it when it happens. Because it will happen someday and the quicker we do these actions the better.

Denverpost.com 1999 death threats and the coverup Revealed.
So I told you in an old post how my anti-video game censorship crusade began. I was brutally threatened by an Internet troll on a denverpost message board after rudely responding to him after he did the same to me after I posted how I hated how denverpost and other news sites were making up utter BS about Doom's fake connection to columbine. It's a long story but what isn't is there culpability in allowing someone to threaten my life and how nothing has been done about it since.
The troll swore, used sick sexual innuendo, threatened violence AND rape to anyone who said something trying to defend violent games on the forum. And for 3 months the troll was allowed to do that, threaten to crack my skull in and much worse. The final post involved the troll saying "I have enough evidence to prove gamers get violent" or something like that, something very lawyer like. It was almost like the troll was a lawyer and was trying to get evidence that gamers are violent through a warped method of insulting gamers constantly till they eventually would threaten him back and writing down the responses. I have no proof this troll was a lawyer, except for this and 1 other thing, the persons email address was justicemail.com, email for the law community.
Eventually the site was shut down, the entire forum service actually, and the entire email service was also shut down. The account for justicemail.com that this person used does not exist and this image taken with my web browser proves it.
It seems this whole thing was being covered up. First the post that said "I have enough evidence" was taken down suddenly, no more than 20 minutes later. Then the entire forum service goes down and the email service too? Too weird to be a coincidence to me. But what really proves this is that actual evidence that proves the identity of this troll (probably a fake identity) was found by me recently, and it was taken down too!
For years I have been using reverse email lookups to find the Identity of the troll who threatened me. Almost all of them were scams and the ones that weren't gave me no matches. I kept looking for more for 12 years or so and until this year I didn't find any clue who this idiot troll was. I tried spokeo.com and It gave me a match to a person in San Diego but nothing else. That was a start... But the more I tried the more I failed to find out more. Dozens of google searches of the email led to nothing, I was hoping to find an account of the troll threatening gamers on some other message board lazy enough to use the same email but no such luck. Until this year. Google searching "kissle@justicemail.com" lead me to this result which I took a screenshot of because I was afraid it would be taken down:
So the troll in question was "Mike Pope" from Thailand? Somehow I think this is a pseudonym because Mike Pope doesn't sound like a name from a person living in Thailand to me. It sounds fake. It's besides the point because this result was taken down by google mysteriously. Another cover up? I don't know but if you google "kissle@justicemail.com" you don't get this result anymore. It's a coverup, I tell you.

Faux News is at it again! (More Anti-Gaming Trash!!)
It seems this country has to keep spewing nonsense over and over again about a non-existent link between video games and real life violence... They wait till everyone is not thinking about it and use crap like this to attempt to start another video games moral panic. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.... But it's fucking stupid and it must stop...
A murder in Australia, has been associated with violent games.. The police have supposedly searched the killers twitter posts to find out he played call of duty... Like call of duty may have impacted the killers decision to shoot 3 people for the sheer fun factor of it... Well.. When you go to the shoutbox on gamepolitics.com (where I found the article), you get an article linked in it which links to another article by an Australian News site mentioning gangs... Gangs aren't even mentioned in the fox article linked in the shoutbox. It seems Faux news has no problem with leaving out information that proves games had nothing to do with the killings when they want to pin games as the SOLE REASON... For moral panic reasons!!!!
To make things worse, there is a video in the article which part of the Faux news "medical team" rambles on about his completely bogus theory that every big mass killer since 1999 is addicted to violent games... That's mentioned in the first article I linked... This idea is preposterous, there is no proof to back it up, whatsoever. Sure Klebold and Harris among others played violent games. But the proof for V-TECH, and others is a media Fabrication coming from newspapers like this. Lanza's call of duty articles all cited one article by an english tabloid which failed to even prove he played call of duty and used that as proof that he did! The one person linking V-TECH to Counterstrike said an article which used HIS evidence was the proof. He basically cited himself saying that there was a link when there wasn't. In fact there is NO evidence to suggest the following people besides Harris and Klebold and Lanza were addicted to violent games...
(Eric Harris, Dylan Khebold, Seung Hui Cho, Jared Loughner, Anders Brevik, James Holmes, the eight-year-old who accidently shot his grandmother recently and the three teens who murdered an Australian tourist too)
Anders brejik was a TERRORIST who mentioned video games make great training tools. There has been no evidence to suggest he was addicted, same for James Holmes, or the rest of the list as well. None but Harris and Klebold have ANY link to video game addiction, it's bullshit.Anders played World of Warcraft, far from your average Violent Game. James Holmes played Guitar Hero. Is that their latest "Violent" game to attack now? Really... This is stupid....
To make things worse, the medical "Expert" claims that the medical industry has found "proof" that there is a link between real life violence and video games, and has gone out to say that link exists, even though NO study has found a causation link between violent video game exposure and real life violence. The ones that attempt to find a link between violent games and aggression are extremely flawed and biased... My YouTube censoring life radio show goes into the studies a lot more... This "trusted source" then went on claiming that violent games were drugs and we need warning labels put on them, like that's gonna do anything...
This pisses me off. The last thing we need is a "trusted source" (who isn't) starting a moral panic on video game violence after it has cooled off!!! This kind of stuff is what was rampant on news stations after columbine and the moral panic skyrocketed after that... It's frankly, disgusting....

Anders brejik was a TERRORIST who mentioned video games make great training tools. There has been no evidence to suggest he was addicted, same for James Holmes, or the rest of the list as well. To make things worse, the medical "Expert" claims that the medical industry has found "proof" that there is a link between real life violence and video games, and has gone out to say that link exists, even though NO study has found a causation link between violent video game exposure and real life violence. The ones that attempt to find a link between violent games and aggression are extremely flawed and biased... My YouTube censoring life radio show goes into the studies a lot more... This "trusted source" then went on claiming that violent games were drugs and we need warning labels put on them, like that's gonna do anything...

Is The Government Covering up Lies the Media Spread about Doom after Columbine?
One of the ideas that I keep bringing up to back this up is that articles making up utter bullshit about Doom, and how these news pages linking this have been mysteriously taken down!!! Basically there are 3 articles that claim Harris modified doom to train for the school shooting on. But the modified version of doom was proven by me to be completely false... But since then the sites hosting the 3 articles online have been Mysteriously shutting down......

Going into the features of the modified version of doom, I have proven it could not have possibly been real... Doom simply could NOT do the features the described in 1999. The weird thing is that the more you look into the claims you start seeing tons and tons of little inconsistencies that make it seem like a bunch of people were spreading anti-doom rhetoric (tm). According to the articles, the hate site tracking group found the fake doom on his Website. But the following article claims the person mentioned from the group found it on his computer..... What the hell... Are they in on the possible conspiracy to try to get games banned using fake evidence to cause an outcry and government intervention? I don't know but... It's very suspicious....
Notice how the top article's image says the the modified version of doom on was found on his PC. And it didn't even say it was a modified version, it wasn't even made clear. Below it says that the same group found it on his website. Which is true? Which is false? Are they both false like I suspect? I don't know... But it's very suspicious that nonsense like this, was cited in over 100 different "attack sites" all bringing it up as proof that doom either was a factor or a cause for the school shooting, even thought the version of doom mentioned is not real. Later on, these articles claims were used against violent games in Brown VS EMA in a right wing anti-violent games group's Amicus brief, filled with other major lies such as video games break down the inhibition to kill (debunked here), that Cornell learned how to shoot from doom, and doom only and other similar things (debunked here). and then later the sites hosting the articles, long after I started my debunking on them, started mysteriously going down. I think there is a coverup going on but I can't prove it. It's just very suspicious to me.

Conspiracy to Ban violent games by our government is a REALITY!!!!!!
I am writing this article to express what I have been thinking behind the scenes of this war against violence in entertainment for years... I have been collecting evidence, looking at claims, even going deep inside conspiracy theory circles on Sandy Hook, Columbine, Marathon Bombing and more. Until Sandy Hook, I never believed one shred of the conspiracy nonsense, but now I don't know what I believe.... But I still believe one thing that is quite controversial and it's based on tons of backed up evidence... That there is a conspiracy in this government going on since 1997 to get violent games banned after a massacre happens using fake evidence, media yellow journalism, government intervention, dozens of not to be trusted studies, and other things as well. It's a reality to me and I want to explain why I believe this, and why you should to. Especially if you are a gamer.
Lets start at the crimes themselves that lead to moral panics surrounding youth violence and entertainment violence, columbine and sandy hook especially. Marathon bombing and aurora aren't so big in this but there have been one or two people spreading lies after them so they are in the background. If you look behind the scenes, ignoring ALL the media's claims about such crimes and go to conspiracy circles, you get tons of evidence to suggest such crimes are engineered. This helps to link this to a conspiracy but doesn't proof it's part of the conspiracy. In Sandy Hook's case, it's been proven by the Social security that Adam lanza died 1 day before the massacre. What would this mean for the idea of a conspiracy, well, for one thing, if what social security says IS true, it makes it IMPOSSIBLE for Lanza to be the killer, so someone else must be the killer instead... So since this someone else hasn't even been investigated AT ALL by the government after the killing (they REFUSE to investigate the possibility of the governments involvement), we have to assume they are in on it. In columbine's case, there are TONS of student evidence to suggest more than Harris and Klebold were involved, at least 6 other people where never caught in columbine... A white man throwing bombs, a man with acne that does not look like either of the reported shooters, and more. Who are these people? Since the government never once investigated this, and the FBI has been proven to withhold evidence on the crime, how do we know the government isn't involved in this at all. In sandy hooks case, there is also a claim of a second shooter, the police "investigated" but this guy was let go later. All of this leads to the possibility the government is involved in BOTH crimes....
But the real proof of the conspiracy lies somewhere else, in the investigation of nonsense spread after the school shootings themselves by both known and Unknown parties. This nonsense is almost always of an anti-gaming nature, making it look like the shooter was solely influenced by violent games. I did several articles discussing hoaxes perpetrated by unknown parties that seem to be used to cause an outcry against violent games and even in the Supreme court to hijack EMA vs Brown. Such hoaxes are quite devious and NO one has even investigated and punished the perpetrators of these, especially the "Doom will become Reality" hoax. Supposedly Harris Said Doom Will Become Reality on his website. But the page was not his site, it was uploaded on April 21, 1999, one day after the massacre and It was proven by the FBI to be Fake later. But the sheer amount of attack sites, sites ran by extremist groups, all hell bent on making violent games look bad after columbine, Especially Doom, have used this claim as proof that doom caused Columbine. Later on a news article on some website said this site was not Harris's Real AOL page but a fake page, but later on this site was simply taken off line!! A coverup?
Even more Sinister, the Conspiracy idea is brought further to light with the Newspaper articles of 1999 that claim Harris modified Doom to use in training for the massacre. But each article had different, contradictory features, some not even possible to even Do in Doom in 1999. One said that this modified version had 2 shooters, infinite ammo, and the first shooter who ran out of Ammo died first (An Impossibility to do with doom in 1999!), another article took this last part out and claimed the version had infinite weapons, ammo, 2 shooters, and begging students saying a quote. Then Denverpost ran a similar article without these modified features mentioned but the quote was Changed, and the way it was said was also changed, but all three articles mention the same hate site tracking group, even going so far to quote their members, but when I did searches for this groups corroboration of this version on their website, I could not find it!

But later on, searching for this .PDF file in the same exact search, showed that it was deleted! So was the Amicus Brief that cited the 2 hoaxes. It was taken down too, the link that worked during Brown VS EMA, all of the sudden was taken down and there was no way to back up the claim that they used fake evidence besides my own blog saying it was. I never even bothered screenshotting the Amicus brief in question, not knowing it would be taken down. Conspiracy?

The thing is none of these trolls are even on Facebook, I checked, looking for any of these attackers, and ALL Their accounts were nonexistent. It's like a certain mid western religious zealot/pro family/anti freedom/gaming group used a bunch of fake accounts to take down Mass Effect's Site..... No investigation was done into this.... More Ammo to prove a Conspiracy.
Even after that, when the guardian, a tabloid from England ran an article that Attempted to prove that Adam Lanza Played Call of Duty , but Failed, despite this failure, dozens of dozens of newspapers quoted the article as Proof he played COD, all at once, like 50 in one day!!!!
Then you get into what I call the Tornado of Bullshit, a never ending cycle of nonsense that seems to be brought up over and over again by the media, the government and others, that always seems to fuel censorship or violent games legislation. Here is a diagram to show this off:

In the Denverpost.com forum debacle linked in the Evidence Gathering Campaign link above, the Email Services (justicemail), the Forum itself, the thread the forum took place on, the post the troll posted claiming he had found evidence that the gamers get violent (by our responses), all of this got mysteriously deleted no more than 3 years later... More Anti-Gamer BS surrounding Sandy Hook and proof of a coverup?
So once again the media makes up utter stupid claims to try to link Sandy Hook to Call of Duty.... Here is the stupidest of them all, that Adam Lanza when he was killing kindergarteners in the school was mimicking a "mission" or "scenario" in one of the COD games... Number 1, there is NO scenario or mission in ANY COD games where you BUTCHER kindergartners, these games are WAR time simulators where you fight soldiers... Not one has a scene in a school. More like to take away our damn Games!!! If he did not shoot up the school, then who did? The government isn't investigating this, the media didn't even mention this claim once, just "mental illnesses", "violent games", and "gun control"... Things the government wants to change/control... they want to use military discipline (aka Military Basic Training like "treatment" to "erase mental illnesses", just look at the BS commercials for the "Total transformation" package that uses MILITARY BRAINWASHING tactics to "supposedly" erase the ODD, and other disorders, by COMMANDS... Number 1, there is NO scenario or mission in ANY COD games where you BUTCHER kindergartners, these games are WAR time simulators where you fight soldiers... Not one has a scene in a school. For an idiot to blame the COD games for this and say that the shooter was "mimicking" a mission in COD is utterly stupid!!! I've heard some bad claims but this one takes the cake...

But to make things worse, according to the site below, the Department of Social services recorded Adam Lanza's death 1 day before the shooting, opening up tons of Conspiracy theories saying that Sandy Hook was a False Flag operation to "take away our guns".... More like to take away our damn Games!!! If he did not shoot up the school, then who did? The government isn't investigating this, the media didn't even mention this claim once, just "mental illnesses", "violent games", and "gun control"... Things the government wants to change/control... they want to use military discipline (aka Military Basic Training like "treatment" to "erase mental illnesses", just look at the BS commercials for the "Total transformation" package that uses MILITARY BRAINWASHING tactics to "supposedly" erase the ODD, and other disorders, by COMMANDS... Gamers! Mail your Rep's about the video game nonsense. They are trying to regulate them again...
Checking Gamepolitics today I learned the truth about Obama's Violent game's conference between the ECA and the Senators, hosted by Joe Biden. According to the ECA, the whole thing didn't go down well and the senators still blindly believe "Video games cause violence". I quote:
"Senators are convinced that there’s a connection between video games and violence. One has even said that a proposed study is simply “laying the groundwork for new regulations on video games.” We know that’s not true - so write to them today.
Yes, even when presented with the facts that violent crimes have decreased since 1980, while video game sales have increased, and that other nations that consume more video games than the United States don’t see the same level of violence, those we talked to pressed forward with the need to legislate video games and waste money to find a connection between games and violence we know doesn’t exist. This is, Frankly Disgusting... Number 1) None of these senators even care that people don't want video games regulated, As gamers we have to stop this mess NOW. We can do it. We need to mail our Rep's and Our Senators, but their message refuses to show the real issues, the media fabrications, the nonsense, the real reason behind school shootings. The Representatives will assume the default message is just Industry Rhetoric. Why would they listen to it? You must send them a much more detailed message like the one I have put below. One that shows the scapegoating by the media and how violent games have nothing to do with real crime. This is really important. My message is a lot longer than theirs but covers a lot of stuff that very few people know about but is all true and people simply are not talking about it. If people want to use this message, go ahead. Edit it and choose the parts you agree or disagree with if you want, but make sure to tell them that A) Violent media studies never have proven violent crime is a result, and that B) Special interest groups in the CDC Study will try to hijack it with hoaxes, for extremist groups did that before at the Supreme Court, quoting the "Doom will Become Reality Hoax", which was actually not on Harris's real site but a fake site made after Columbine.

The Link between Adam Lanza and the Video game "Call of Duty" was based on 1 UK Tabloid basically saying "This kid lived in the basement (a video gamer stereotype), and had a computer. He had posters of lots of tanks and old fashioned Military Weapons. Since Call of Duty Players can name a lot of old fashioned weapons, he must be a Call of Duty Fan!". This all came from a "plumber" who visited the house. This article doesn't prove he played call of duty, but then 25 newspapers all Quoted this plumbers words as proof he was obsessed with Call of Duty and some even said Call of Duty made him commit the Massacre. See the nonsense the Media Spreads? Millions of people now believe, that Call of Duty caused Sandy Hook. But it's not true.
The same thing Happened after Columbine. Some unknown party made a fake Eric Harris Aol Site with a page that said "The fires will go off in the 21'st, Eric harris Hates you all, Doom will become reality!". This spread around to people and then the media quoted the "Doom will Become Reality" part and immediately everyone thought Doom Triggered the Massacre. Only Problem is that Harris never wrote these words, the site was made on April 21'st. It was proven by he FBI. But no one listened. One News article verifying that it was a fake Aol Site was taken down to cover it up by someone.... The media makes up bogus claims right and left about violent games. FOX News hired a fake hack psychologist to say "Bulletstorm causes rape because Rape is a violent crime, and since Bulletstorm is a violent game, it has caused rape!". Millions Believed this. A preacher recently said at a public function of some sort, that "Pornography releases Endorphins, it's like a cocaine High, the more you view pornography the more you need that high, till Heterosexual Porn doesn't satisfy you anymore, you then jump to Homosexual Porn, then to Bestiality or then to Pedophilia. Look at all the Rapists and Child Molesters who said they were addicted to Porn. These Violent Video games are the same way". He basically said it in a way to make some people think Violent games lead to child molestation. In the Columbine case, the Hoaxed page was used as evidence in the Supreme court case EMA Vs Brown. Eric Harris was Raped by the Police in an arrest in 1998. This triggered the revenge crime, Not Doom.
We still don't know why Adam Lanza killed 26 people. Why jump to conclusions till a real investigation gets done?

BEHOLD! More Anti-gaming nonsense (and media Lies!!!!) From CCFC.
Lo and behold, The nonsense surrounding violent games causing violence, has not ended!!!! After the newtown shooting which EVERYONE in the media seemed to blame on violent games. Enter the newest peice of nonsense by the Campaign for a Commercial free Childhood, or what I think they are really trying to be, campaign for censoring for kids... This article written by a moron from this group on times.com spreads complete nonsense about violent games, without shame, without any recourse, shocking!!!!
So these idiots want a "dialogue" about the "effects" of violent games on kids (to them "effects" are making kids directly want to shoot up a school, nothing less... They want that result, that's why the mentioned the link as being "almost as great" as the link from smoking cigarrates to cancer. A bullshit excuse everyone uses). Lets begin the debunking of this nonsense:

I went through such research in another post on wordpress and many of the studies are so flawed that it becomes doubtful that they were done for any other purpose to fraudulently find a link between violent games and aggression so the hack psychologists could use them to claim "violent games cause kids to become violent", which they repeatedly did, misinterpreting the studies. I saw evidence that the study creators purposely hid certain facts from the public, like the fact that they use Electroshock therapy to increase aggression in the violent game playing kids, only to find that the PDF that proved this "disappeared" off the internet a few days after I exposed their nonsense. Brainscan studies done by certain groups were all funded by one group, the "center" for successful parenting" who's goal is to get the medical community, the government and others "change culture" to get rid of violence in entertainment, aka ban violent games and worse, with many of these studies which are all quite fraudulent. Now the stakes are higher because morons like Nader and Boykin are saying indirectly that they lead to child molestation, or urges of paedophilia, to cause a moral panic. With such studies linking one thing (violent games) to another (aggression) and dozens of groups saying that it proves something completely different (violent games make kids violent), and then the bombshell that these studies are fraudulent and were funded by groups who want to get rid of all violence in entertainment, It's hard to even say this claim from the article is even true, it's just rhetoric designed to "change" culture. The discussion will be about banning violent games, it will come up, and so will paedophilia and child molestation as the next "crime" associated with games and gamers. We gamers are already lowlifes, morons, "gamer shitheads" , people who "should have been aborted", druggies and even school shooters in the minds of the wackjob anti-gamers out there, what's to stop them from adding child molestation, rape, and worse to the "effects" of violent games we "exhibit".

The proof that the studies are all fraudulent and funded by people who want to "change" culture to get rid of violent entertainment, makes them all flawed and not trustworthy in my mind. The truth is that a recent FTC study says ESRB ratings are even better than MPAA ratings and enforcement in stores… but that doesn’t really disprove the myth…. What does, however is the target demographic of the industry is 18-35 year olds, according to this page. I have heard this on many articles in gaming sites, so I trust it…. If it were 5-9 year olds like all the anti-gamers keep saying then I wouldn’t even try to debunk this… But I have never heard any kind of evidence to support the biased claim that violent games are marketed to kids that isn’t something ridiculous like “violent game ads in our subway”, or “kids in a game store that sells violent games that could be seen by a kid”, or recently someone on a forum said this great claim “Look at all the Lego games, proof violent games are marketed to kids” after saying that since there were violent game ads ‘everywhere’ the claim must be true. Apparently Ralph Nader is jumping on the fucking stupid bandwagon started by that preacher I mentioned before in a previous article, that violent games cause real life child molestation to cause a huge panic that will lead to them getting banned and gamers possibly put on sexual offender's registries...... I quote...

Electronic Child Molesters? I thought that preacher was the only moron saying this... Apparently there ARE other idiots trying to claim that Violent games actually cause child molestation. This is disgusting... There is not one shread of credible evidence, NOT ONE, to prove that violent games have caused child molestation... NOT one child molestation case with a link to violent games, not one school shooter with links to pedophilia, NOT ONE!!!! These claims are complete fabrications being pulled out of people's asses for the sole purpose to cause a moral panic. The preacher before posted his crap on youtube and millions heard. Now Nader echos this statement, a nonsense claim with no proof, whatsoever... I don't have to keep saying the industry does NOT market violent games to fucking 2 year olds, but again I will, ESA did a study that proves that the average age of gamers is 34. There is absolutely no proof that video gaming companies are taking advantage of "innocent little children", who are far from innocent, breaking computers, torturing cats, throwing fits, biting random people, you name it!!! So fucking be it... No one even cares.... But once someone even dares to claim that violent gaming industry is perpetrating pedophilia and child molestation, the nonsense will begin again.
The Oklahoma Legislation and the recent claim by Obama that he will get the CDC to investigate video game violence, will no doubt spiral out of control to mention this Bullshit claim that violent games cause child molestation. There is absolutely no excuse for this. No proof whatsoever. Then billions of anti-gaming groups will do falsified studies to "prove" that violent games cause child molestation, leading to another attempted ban on violent games and more drastic action, like putting all gamers in "brainwashing" camps to get rid of "paedophile" urges that don't exist by cruel treatment, harassment, exhaustion, electroshock therapy and even beating the "urges" out of people. Sounds like a nightmare to me... But it's what these people want!!! Mark my words!!!
I personally know 15 people who have played violent games. NONE of us have ever had the urge to molest children. NONE. Where is this crap coming from? it has to end.... I plan to oppose this by starting at least one petition on whitehouse.gov. This bullshit has gone far enough!!!

Comments attacking violent games on news articles, filled with BS, Surprise!!!!
For years, I have been seeing BS comments on newspaper articles that attack video games for controversial reasons such as causing school shootings, violent content, etc. Calling violent games "trash", "junk" or "garbage" is a common one I have seen thousands of times since 1999. Always being bugged by crap excuses like this and people saying crap about gamers, I committed myself to studying just how many of the comments from articles I found, could be considered inflammatory toward gamers, games, the industry, and most important, spread lies about violent games. The results were quite shocking, to say the least...
So I embarked on this study last year. The total results were from 7 parts published on my wordpress blog and the details are cited below... Part 6 is available here as well. (The first 5 out of 7 were deleted due to possible libel complaints down the road... I wanted to avoid that, but the specific comment types were recorded in another post online, but that was accidentally deleted last night)

This whole thing is been engineered to create the violent game bans the censor/anti-gamers want.... The thing is that the media spreading lies and hoaxes being made by the media and others are being used to hijack the supreme court now.... You then add in justices who are for violent games through the election of a conservative christian president (like the candidate who supports a complete game ban), and what's to stop the supreme court from having a hung jury (and going back to the law that was passed before they looked at it on grounds of unconstitutionality), or even finding it constitutional via faked evidence in Amicus Briefs and 4 justices who support the idea of a violent games ban. This could happen if you add these 2 things in, the faked evidence in Amicus briefs and new justices who support bans... It's scary... Something must be done about it and the lies being spread... More on that for another article or video... Stay tuned gamers

E) A Bias towards gaming, such that the person commenting thinks games don’t deserve 1st amendment
protection, the industry is marketing “trash” to my kids, etc.
F) Not sure what violence effects on kids are a restriction might be in order…
G) Attacking the ESRB due to some flawed thing like the FTC study or the fact ‘my 9 year old’ could get bulletstorm.
H) Wants violent game manufacturers sued or games boycotted.
The Previous 6 parts of the study found that, out of 77 comments, 57% were spreading lies about violent games, 31% had a clear bias towards violent games, 7% wanted violent games banned, or violent game makers sued, and 4% wanted violent games restricted to adults.
Results:
Out of all 97 comments in parts 1-7, 64 are spreading lies about violent games. That’s 65%
Out of 97 comments in parts 1-7, 26 have clear bias towards violent games, violent gaming companies, or the industry. That’s 26%
Out of 97 comments, 5 wanted violent games banned, and 5 more wanted the companies that make these game sued. that’s dropped to 5% for each. 3% wanted violent games restricted to adults.
Out of 97 comments, 7 made up totally new lies about violent games. that’s 7%. It’s small but still significant that this is happening.
Out of 97 comments, 4 enforced negative gamer stereotypes. (4%)
Out of 97 comments, 4 showed a clear hate or dislike towards gamers. (4%).
Lies that are made up from the blue seem to be getting more popular in the last few articles. These lies are brand new, and are being spread by commenters. They are not from various news articles, or psychologists. These ones are troubling. Who would gain from complete nonsense being spread about a violent game by people who knowingly spread these lies that they know are not true? If you make up a total nonsense claim about a violent game you know you haven’t heard before, you have to know it’s a lie… Right? So who would gain?
Do anti-gamers sign up under fake names and spread more lies?
I can’t say. But these lies seem to hint at that. These aren’t the things I have heard from the so-called “experts” on media violence. These are totally new to me…. And they are false… But… Do we really have a generation of libeling right wing anti-violent games groups hiring members to sign up with fake names to make up BS claims about violent games and post them in comments? I think we do. But I can’t prove it. But if they ARE doing this… It is VERY alarming… I will keep track of these lies that seem to be made up by commenters to see if others repeat them in other articles. I have an idea to see how many people are gullible enough to believe nonsense that is spread. More on it later…."
Now to read the worst of the comments and my response (if I responded to it in the original surveys at all):

Pitiful. Who in the hell actually thinks that “violent gamers” should be “subdued”. Someone who hates gamers who think gamers cause school shootings, like that idiot who threatened to kill me on the newspaper forum back in 1999 after Columbine. This goes beyond a mere perpetrating anti-gamer stereotypes and goes to wanting them physically hurt. Is this a trend? First we’re bullies, and now we need to be “Subdued”. Moronic.

Now you can see the idiocy being spread by commenters and how many comments attacking violent games are filled with anti-gamer stereotypes, hate towards gamers, games, the industry, etc, and how much they spread complete lies, fabrications, all designed to make violent games look bad after a school shooting. Every time I heard the media using fake claims like "violent games make kids violent/aggressive", "violent games are used in the military to break down the inhibition to kill", "violent games link to real life violence is greater than cigarettes link to cancer", "Violent games are being marketed to kids", "violent games are recruitment tools", "violent games that allow you to rape and pee on people", "violent games that allow you to stalk virtual women and rape them", "violent games are training tools", etc, I always here at least 1 commenter per article respreading them, and in some of the claims, you get "special anonymous advertisers" repeatedly and maliciously advertising the book for the author who made up the "video games are being used in the military to break down the inhibition to kill" BS claim, on talk shows after Columbine, a Hack Psychologist. You also get TONS of comments, on how gamers are psychopaths, sociopaths, how gamers should be subdued, how we're "gamer shitheads", how we are "gamer druggies", how gamers are all potential school shooters, and much worse. It's a real problem, because the exact same claims made about gamers being sociopaths/potential school shooters/violent people were also made by certain anti-gaming fundies on newspapers as well, after 1 or 2 immature gamers threatened their lives.... Being a death threat victim myself from similar people to the people who claim they are being threatened (and multiple ones claim they did, without proof of course), it makes them look like complete hypocrites, because they unknowingly (or knowingly) support people who intentionally make other peoples lives miserable on message boards just to prove "gamers get violent", as the moron troll on the message board of a newspaper did to multiple gamers 24/7 for 3 months, and said "I have enough evidence that gamers get violent" (the responses to their death threats probably), has been swept under the rug and covered up. It's pathetic. The fact that there are people out there that think all gamers are sociopath's because of people like Eric Harris, or any other damn reason, I don't give a fuck, is sick in itself.... I know at least 10 guys who have played video games before, 5 were serious gamers, NONE were sociopaths. I can't prove it, but those 3 comments are too suspicious to ignore, in light of all the very similar nonsense made up claims anti-gamers keep on making on talk shows, newspapers, etc after a school shooting.
